After 30 years of executive human resources experience with global pharmaceuticals, Steve now works with hospitals and physicians as an independent management consultant to provide strategic oversight of the assessment and development of competencies that lead to improved performance in patient experience and medical team interactions.  Additionally, he works to develop interpersonal competencies in college students to enable a more effective move from academia to the world of work.  His work also includes remediation and civility training.
